No Recovery — No Fee: If your data cannot be recovered after assessment and attempted imaging, you only pay the initial £79 + VAT diagnostic fee.

Notes: Pricing assumes healthy controller electronics and a typical 4–5 bay set. Severe mechanical damage, donor parts, multi-bay business units (e.g., B810/B1200), or extensive corruption may require a custom quote. Return media (new HDD/SSD) is billed separately.

Important Do & Don’t

• Do power down the Drobo if you hear clicking, scraping or repeated spin-ups.
• Do not initialise, reformat or force a rebuild — this can overwrite recoverable data.
• Do label drives if removing them and keep anti-static protection during transport.
• Do not swap drives between different Drobos unless advised by a specialist.
