Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS owners can bring their console to our game console repair centre where the repair can be carried out while they wait.

Customers unable to drop their console in person can send it by post or organise a collection service through our customer service team on 020 7237 6805. The console will be collected within 24 hours and returned without delay when the repair is completed.

When sending your Nintendo console to our repair centre, customers have to make sure they pack the console and the peripherals related to the fault. They then need to enclose in its original box or a suitable card box ensuring that the console is fully wrapped in bubble wrap or inserted in a Jiffy bag. They also need to leave their contact details with the console so that we can get back to them regarding the diagnostics, a quote or a payment.
